This popular program offers a simple structure that supports daily mindfulness practice. As Dr. Amishi Jha, our chief science advisor, reminds us, “Mindfulness training does indeed have a dose-response effect, which means the more you practice, the more you benefit” (mindful.org).

We’re taking a back-to-basics approach with these 21 practices, exploring the many subtleties and nuances of the breath. An essential building block of any mindfulness practice, the breath is a dynamic yet reliable anchor of attention.

Each day’s recorded meditation is delivered via email, and the Day 1 practice will arrive as soon as you sign up. Just set aside 5-10 minutes in a quiet spot, push play, and do your best to follow the guidance in the recording.
