Becoming Jackson Whole founder and mindfulness trainer SARA FLITNER will lead guided mindfulness practice welcoming of all levels of experience, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. “If you get one thing from TRYathlon, we hope it’s this: Understanding that mindfulness isn’t something else you have to do to feel better, it’s how you can do everything you're already doing with more focus, less stress, and more resilience.”
Veteran instructors BRITTANY BELISLE, founder of Home Yoga, and DANI PERRY of Inversion Yoga (and also the adventuring app Dayhike) will team up to offer all-abilities yoga infused with mindful awareness. Both Brittany and Dani are well-known for their intuitive and accessible style of instruction, helping participants stay present in the moment, in their body.
ERWIN VELASQUEZ, a native of Colombia and instructor at Inversion Yoga, will lead an all-abilities yoga session in Spanish. A marathoner and avid soccer player, Erwin is expert at pacing instructions for a motivating practice.
Qi Gong, a foundation of Chinese medicine, incorporates focused attention to breath and gentle intentional movement to cultivate and improve circulation of our life force, known as qi or chee, throughout the body. Curious? Let's explore this ancient breath-centered practice for balance and resilience.
CHELSE WREN is a Qi Gong teacher, artist, biologist, and women-centered coach-in-training. With her heart rooted in the wilderness, she has a mission to elevate the planet’s frequency to help heal both people and wild places alike. After facing chronic pain and a neurological condition that left her seeking alternatives to Western medicine, she discovered the ancient healing art of Qi Gong. Guided by her teacher, Lee Holden, Chelse began a practice that transformed her life—restoring vitality, reducing pain, and awakening a deep sense of purpose.
Her healing journey revealed the profound interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and ignited a desire to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom and life force. She now shares Qi Gong as a gentle yet powerful path for souls who may feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected. With empathy and encouragement, Chelse offers a welcoming space for those navigating their own healing journeys—honoring each person’s pace, emotional landscape, and capacity for transformation.
Specializing in Medical Qi Gong and rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, Chelse blends breathwork, the Five Elements, Buddha Palm techniques, and self-acupressure into an accessible and holistic approach. Her classes are a reflection of her creative spirit, often interwoven with music to deepen the experience. As the founder of Teton Heart Space, Chelse invites others to join her in growing wild, wise, and free—together.
CHRISTINE STEVENS, a music therapist, founder of UpBeat Drum Circles, and internationally acclaimed drum circle trainer, will lead a sound healing session based on her 20+ years of evidence-based practice and research. Read more in a case study she published in Music and Medicine, the interdisciplinary journal of the International Association for Music & Medicine.
