With a background in clinical practice, corporate wellness, and teaching, Tinsley blends science-based strategies with holistic approaches that support the body and mind. Her passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with their health—often through the healing power of nature, whole foods, and intentional daily practices. She believes that when we nourish ourselves and slow down enough to listen, we access the clarity, focus, and calm needed to thrive.
