WEEK TWO offers ways to BREATHE and open to curiosity
In WEEK THREE, we'll flex our capacity to ACT with resilience in daily life and in community
Cultivate your ability to notice and accept what is, right here, right now, and your freedom to choose how you respond.
For each of 21 DAYS, Becoming Jackson Whole will deliver a short guided practice by email (or text, if you opt in). Our CHALLENGE features our talented, dedicated LOCAL MINDFULNESS TRAINERS and TEACHERS.
