A fun, FREE, family-friendly event that combines physical and mental fitness exercises.
With the science-backed practice of mindfulness, we can train our brains to be more present, more focused, and more resilient to the stresses and challenges of life.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Guided mindfulness practice (English and Spanish instruction), yoga for all abilities (English and Spanish instruction), and a 5K (ish) walk/hike/run at your own pace, ending with hydration and CELEBRATION on the lawn at Center for the Arts.
