Our May session on “What You Resist Persists: Using Mindfulness to Go With the Flow" will be led by Becoming Jackson Whole board member Amy Lane, who serves as a Transformational Life Coach and Spiritual Director at Sage Integration. She also works with Spruce Mental Health as part of their Spiritual Care and Cancer Survivorship programs.

BJW founder Sara Flitner and Becoming Jackson Whole mindfulness trainer Kristin Corbett will also be on hand to guide compassion practices you can use at home and work.
