21-Day Challenge

January 10-January 30, 2022

The Challenge wrapped up on January 30, but click HERE to access the recorded practices.

Is anyone out there craving a little more care and compassion in your home, in your workplace, in public discourse? Yes, please!

Well here’s the good news . . . all humans — even the grumpiest of us — have an innate capacity for kindness. And science confirms that we are happier and do better when we routinely tap into that capacity. What’s more, our kindness can be trained; we can build our kindness muscle, bit by bit, by focusing our attention on loving and compassionate thoughts.

Make a new year’s commitment to join Becoming Jackson Whole for our 2nd Annual 21-Day Challenge. Starting January 10, each day for three weeks we’ll send you a 5-10 minute guided mindfulness practice — a short mental workout designed to strengthen your kindness muscle.
